Talmen was created in 2017 by Yousef Samir Lubbad. The Founding Committee includes Saqr Al-Husseini, Mohammed Ashour, and Yousef Lubbad. The game was designed to blend deep positional tactical play with novel concepts of scoring zones, piece freezing, and dynamic line protection.
The Talmen Human Charter embodies universal values of fair play, sportsmanship, ethical engagement, and community solidarity across all national federations.
